Guided by her search for personal values, Noha leads a diverse team at bol.com while staying true to herself, her strengths and her purpose.
As bol.com we are transitioning to a product-led organization. In previous Techlab podcast episodes, we discussed several aspects of this transition. One of the viewpoints we haven’t discussed is that of the software engineer.
