Bol.com has launched an online test environment called beta.bol.com. This is our testing ground, where we can easily try out new (technical) ideas and concepts. Our goal is to improve the shopping experience of our customers. We’ve created this new environment to speed up the innovation process, to quickly go from idea to realization and to fill up the gap between user research (N = 1) and A/B testing (N = >100k).
The url is now open for everyone and bol.com has invited some of its top customers to have a first look.
Everyone on beta.bol.com can give feedback on new concepts or share ideas via the link in the header. Feel free to take a look and share your feedback. Don’t hold back. We know how to take a punch. And how to take a compliment. You can recognize beta.bol.com because it has a different design and a different (grey) header.
Currently, the new features include a redesign of the homepage, a 360-degree view of a physical store, a price alert and a faster way of ordering. When customers like these features, they will be developed further for the original bol.com website.
